Since commencing business in December 1992, Suasa Efektif (M) Sdn Bhd (SEMSB) has grown into one of Malaysia’s leading parking management specialists in providing total parking management solutions. In 1999, the company was entrusted with a concession for a duration of 25 years by the Selangor State Government in order to reach a standardized parking system for areas in various municipals namely Shah Alam City Council (MBSA), Klang Municipal Council (MPK), Selayang Municipal Council (MPS), Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ), Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj), Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) and Kuala Selangor Municipal Council (MPKS).The company has adopted the Pay and Display (P&D) parking system in all municipal councils’ street parking areas. The company is currently managing more than 100,000 parking bays within all municipals with more than 600 Pay and Display (P&D) parking machines at strategic areas for the convenience of the general public.
